We sincerely request all international participants who intend to attend the conference to first kindly register (without paying the fee) before applying for the visa. This is important since we need to get due permissions from the Home Ministry and Ministry of External Affairs (MEA). To get these permissions we need to submit the details (as per the registration form) of the participants to the ministries. The information will be kept confidential and would be used only for the purpose of getting the permission to host international participants. These permissions are general in nature and not directed to any individual participant. This also does not imply that the registered participant has to necessarily attend the conference.
The suggested steps are as follows:
Step 1: Register for the conference:
You will need to select your registration type but will not have to pay at this stage.
You can pay the registration fee later.
Step 2: Submit your abstract before October 30th
Step 3: As soon as the organizers have obtained governmental permissions, you will receive an email which will include the documents you require to apply for the ’Conference visa”.
Step 4: When your visa has been issued you should pay the conference registration fee.
