Steps for Registration- Register and activate your account
- Login to your AIBC-2024 dashboard
- Submit your abstract if you are participating as a speaker, keynote speaker, or for a flash talk speaker, or if you are presenting a poster. If not, proceed to step 4.
- Click the Pay Now button and complete your AIBC-2024 registration by paying the registration fee through Secured Gateway.
Note: Participants can submit the abstract after signing in and before making the final payment for the registration fee. Thus one can wait for the acknowledgement of the acceptance of the abstract and then make the payment.
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the Organising Secretariat. All refunds will be reimbursed only after the end of the Conference by bank transfer as follows:
- For cancellations until December 31st, 2023: full refund of registration fees received, excluding an administrative fee
- For cancellations between January 1st and February 15th, 2024: refund of 70% of registration fees received, excluding an administrative fee
- For cancellations after February 15th, 2024: no refund will be possible
